The Sonic in the food court at Stonebriar Mall is more expensive than the one on Lebanon (and also the one on Main) by my house. Wonder why this is?

I think that the Carter's in Frisco is more expensive than the Lewisville and Allen location too. The Walmart in Plano is more expensive than the one in The Colony too.
Overhead is my guess.
